When Life Get Tough, Remember Banana Splits For Dinner

While this blog is generally about running / fitness, self-improvement goal setting from running and walking, I read an article on the MSN homepage this morning which really keeps everything in perspective. It seems in today's world of instant gratification, pandering and spending way to much energy focused on ourselves, we're missing the much bigger picture in life. As Coach Vigil once told me, don't waste $1,000.00 worth of energy on a penny problem as you have only one life. 

Make the most of it. Have A Banana Split For Dinner.
